Who we are

This website is run by Western & Middle East Tr. LLC ("WME"), PO Box 60370, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

Our website has no account system and no online payment. Our quote, contact and repair forms do not send anything to us by themselves: they open your own email app or WhatsApp with your message written out, and you choose whether to send it.

When you send it, we receive what you wrote: usually your name, company, phone number, email address, the products or service you need and your preferred branch.

Each message carries a short reference code (for example WME-4K7QZ) so we can match it to your enquiry and reply faster.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange collection, delivery or repairs, and keep a record of enquiries received.

A copy of each enquiry email is kept in our marketing mailbox so we can count enquiries and see which parts of the website people use. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, for example which pages are viewed and which contact buttons are clicked. It uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. It does not give us your name or contact details.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email sales@westmeast.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
